New Look Management Structure Unveiled

After 10 years of business process evolution it’s time to shake it up again.
As the growth pains reared their head over the last 12 months we trialled a number of approaches to structuring our team.
Moving into the new financial year we have solidified our new structure with a dedicated project manager, change manager, general manager, and divisional heads; affectionately known as the ‘Operations Team’. The Operations Team forms a middle layer between our visionary directors and the core units that deliver services. This separation between vision and services will enable us to focus heavily on our new market pursuits and simultaneously offer better tuned offerings to our clients.
