World heritage listed tourist attraction Port Arthur in conjunction with Tasmania’s Department of Environment, Parks, Heritage, and the Arts commissioned Future Medium to architect and create a rich, dynamic and market sensitive interface solution to the PAHSMA website.

Our Managing Director participated pro-bono in a number of strategic workshop sessions early in 2008 which led to a depth of knowledge of consumer behaviour and organisational challenges; proving useful in our final solution.

Collaborating with DEPHA enabled PAHSMA to receive arms length project management and advice about managing web projects and suppliers and streamlined FM’s interactions with stakeholders.

We can’t wait to see the interface developed into DEPHA’s content management system ‘colin’.
